What we collect
When you buy from us or send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for physical orders, a delivery address. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to process orders, deliver documents, provide the services you asked about, and reply to inquiries. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as Australian tax and business records law requires. Inquiry emails are kept while they are useful to the work.
Access and corrections
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@twcompliance.com.au or calling 07 4253 4255.
