Refunds and returns policy

Digital documents
Templates and other digital documents are delivered immediately by download link, so they cannot be refunded simply because you changed your mind.
If something is wrong with the file
If you receive the wrong document, or the file is corrupt or will not open, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund it. Include your order reference, which starts with TWC.
Physical products
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
How to make a claim
Email admin@twcompliance.com.au or call 07 4253 4255 with your order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the card used for the purchase.
